Psychotherapy for teens and adults in New Haven, CT

Helping teens and adults understand themselves more deeply and navigate emotions, relationships, and experiences shaping their lives.

Sometimes it’s hard to understand why you’re struggling- even when things seem okay from the outside.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, difficulty in relationships, questions about identity, self-esteem, and other challenges that come with life changes and transitions.

My approach goes beyond managing symptoms. Together, we’ll work to better understand your emotions, relationships, and patterns- where they come from, what keeps them going, and how you can begin experiencing yourself and your relationships differently.
